New Sender Score Features Arm Marketers with Enhanced Data to Make Smarter Decisions

In our quest to make your job easier, we have poked, prodded and tweaked our tool set to make our incredibly rich deliverability data even more meaningful and actionable. Today we added four new features to the Sender Score suite. These enhancements offer new ways to analyze and review data so you can better monitor and diagnose your deliverability situation, enhance your sending reputation, and minimize or prevent future blocking, filtering, and rendering issues.

Here’s what we’ve added:

  • Domain Distribution & Weighting: This new feature allows you to view adjusted delivery results based on your domain distribution. For example, if Hotmail represents 30% of your email list, you can now view the delivery results based on the true value of the Hotmail domain. By using this tool, you obtain more accurate delivery rate data so you can quickly determine which domains are the most important to your email program and direct your optimization efforts appropriately.
  • Custom Report Tagging.Now in beta, this exciting new feature allows you to tag, categorize and report on your campaigns by goal. For example, if you are promoting a new product using a 3rd party list, you won’t expect 100% delivery, but if you are telling your best customers about a special offer, then your delivery rates better be off the charts. This tool allows you to earmark campaigns for better post-campaign analysis and future optimization.
  • Deliverability Learning Center. Return Path’s research and expertise has now been corralled within the Sender Score monitoring suite. Starting today you may access answers to common deliverability problems plus expand your knowledge of email marketing best practices. Check out our client-only blog, attend our training webinars, read about best practices and strategies, and obtain problem solving checklists. And don’t worry; we’ve created an interface that is client friendly, easy to access and most importantly – easy to use!
  • New Desktop Filters & ISP Profiles. We’ve added three new desktop filters to Campaign Preview: Outlook 2007, Norton Internet Security 2008 and McAfee Security Center 2008. In addition, you will find updated ISP profile for SBC in Mailbox Monitor.
