RETURN PATH LAUNCHES FEEDBACK LOOP FOR USA.NET
New feedback loop helps senders improve reputation and USA.NET increase complaint handling efficiency
NEW YORK — Return Path, the leading email management company, has announced the establishment of a feedback loop for USA.NET, the nation’s premier provider of hosted email and messaging services.
Feedback loops provide qualified email senders with copies of all complaints sent to participating hosted email service provider and ISPs. This feedback from email recipients provides valuable insight into how a sender’s email is being received, and helps senders make lasting improvements to their email programs. USA.NET controls who is accepted to the feedback loop program, with Return Path maintaining its infrastructure.
Feedback loop offerings are a new feature of Return Path’s receiver services, in addition to Sender Score Certified and Sender Score Reputation Monitor for added filtering accuracy and white listing support.

Not all hosted email providers offer feedback loops because of the maintenance involved. USA.NET formerly had a small program open only to select enterprise users.
